With an advancement in molecular biotechnology, the amount of genetic data in public databases is dramatically increased. To explore those data, the bioinformatics researches have been becoming more and more popular.
Our research group also focuses on developing new bioinformatics techniques to identify the markers of complex diseases like cancers. We are working on multiple bioinformatics-related topics such as gene-set-based gene expression analysis, gene network-based analysis and next-generation sequencing data analysis.
